Committee details

The purpose of this forum is as follows:

1.  To encourage the active participation of the local community and Estate users, such as sports clubs and other local organisations, in the discussion of issues and the dissemination of information relating to Batchwood Estate.

2.  To meet at least twice a year to discuss the issues that affect Batchwood.

3.  To provide an active line of communication for local groups, organisations and sports clubs with an interest in the wellbeing and future enhancement of Batchwood Estate.

4.  To deal with issues of mutual interest to all users and not with specific issues between individuals or parties.

5.  To act as a discussion group only with the views of the Forum being put forward to the Portfolio Holder for Leisure and Arts and the relevant Committee, as specific issues arise.
